Program Services

We offer support and assistance to temporary foreign workers so that they can better navigate
their time in Canada with an awareness and understanding of the programs and services
available to them, including when and how to access them. Our program services are provided in English
and Spanish.

We work with relevant community legal clinics in each jurisdiction to develop and deliver up-to-date, clear, accurate, and practical
rights education and information for migrant workers to enhance social protection and to enhance their social integration and well-being.

Drawing on our vast network of migrant support workers, settlement service providers, and faith
communities, we collaborate with local partners, and farm owners to create welcoming communities for migrant
workers, including the coordination of cultural and recreational events (e.g., local Newcomer
Days, Migrant Workers Day, and Neighbours Night Out) where locals and migrant workers can
meet and break bread. We also work with local businesses to develop events that celebrate the
economic contributions of migrant workers to local communities and the broader Canadian economy.

Our services are delivered through personalized one-on-one meetings, group sessions,
webinars, and periodic educational workshops. We offer Orientation to Ontario (O2O) and a
a broad range of information sessions on key settlement topics such as housing, health care,
transportation, workplace health & safety, sexual education, translation services and social
service navigation.

Our information and orientation resources include wellness bags, fact sheets, wallet cards, maps
of the city, trail maps, brochures and specific information on how to access community resources
for day-to-day needs. We also provide assistance with forms and documentation.
