Alex

Alex (left) is a PhD candidate from India who arrived in Canada in 2019. He is looking to do his post-doctoral in cancer research at a University in Canada.

Looking to build his network, the Mentorship Program matched him with Prof. Coorssen and Prof. Sanchez, in the Faculties of both Applied Health Sciences and Mathematics and Science at Brock University.

They had a great discussion and outlined some of the potential avenues for Alex.

We thank both Prof. Coorssen and Prof. Sanchez for their commitment and support to the Mentorship Program and we wish the best of luck to Alex as he strives to make a crucial impact in the area of cancer research in Canada.
